I was rescued from the shelter in September 2015 by my foster mom. She picked ME and I am so lucky she did. She told me I was on “the list” and I am not sure what that meant but by her look, it was not a good list to be on. She took me home to this new place which was scary at first, there were other animals there I did not know and I was introduced to a cat – yuck! It took me some time to adjust but I finally did and I am much happier now. I have learned a lot staying with her, she has taught me manners and how to be a better dog. I still have some learning to do but I am sure I will get there, I am a smart girl. My journey has just begun and although my foster mom says that one day a family will come that will keep me forever and give me the love that she has, I know that I am safe and in a good place right now.
